Blaisdell Memorial Library patrons have access to free and discounted admission passes to various museums and attractions through New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Most museum passes may only be issued to a single patron per day. It is highly recommended that you select a date and reserve your pass in advance.
To reserve a museum pass, please call, request online, or stop by the library to check availability for your chosen date. Passes reserved online or via phone will be kept at the desk and must be picked up in person at the library and brought to the museum or attraction on the day of your visit.
DISCOUNTED ADMISSION PASSES
Children’s Museum of New Hampshire (Dover, NH)
- Pass offers 50% off up to four paid admissions
- No admission fee for children under the age of 12 months
- Open Tuesday through Sunday. Closed Monday
- CMNH requires all visitors reserve a day and time slot online in advance. To place a reservation please visit their website and select a day and time, using the “W/ Discount” section when making the final reservation
New England Aquarium (Boston, MA – Only until September 4th!)
- Each coupon admits up to four people at a cost of $20
- Each coupon is only good on a Monday through Friday
- Each coupon is good for the one day printed on the card
- Passes run until September 4th, 2026. Snag one while you can!
FREE ADMISSION PASSES
Bedrock Gardens (Lee, NH – Until October)
- Pass offers free admission for two adults and children/grandchildren
- Open Tuesday through Friday and the first and third weekend of the month. Closed every Monday. Bedrock Gardens is open from mid-May to October
- The library pass does not include admission to special events
Strawbery Banke Museum (Portsmouth, NH)
- Pass offers free admission for two adults and any children under the age of 17
- No admission fee for children under the age of 5
- Open Wednesday through Monday. Closed Tuesday. The museum has extended hours on the weekend in July and August. The museum’s House Tour season runs from late April to late October
- This library pass includes admission to the Springfest, Ghost on the Banke, and Candlelight Stroll events. It also includes admission to the Tuesdays on the Terrace outdoor concert series
Mount Washington Auto Road (Mid May – Mid October, GORHAM, NH)
- Mt. Washington Observatory: Free weather station tour for family with two (2) adults and children (17 & under) NO Wednesday Tours
- Mt. Washington Auto Road: One passenger in each “Drive Yourself” vehicle rides free
