To reserve any museum pass, please contact the library at 679-8484 or at email@example.com. Patrons must pick up all museum passes at the library in advance of their museum visit during the library’s hours of operation.
Isabella Stewart Garnder Museum (Boston) **Call ISGM ahead for time slot/reservations**- The library has one pass per day which allows up to 4 people to have an admission fee of $5 per person. Visitors under the age of 18 are free.
Museum of Science (Boston) **Library passes suspended until further notice** – The library has 1 pass per day available to patrons. The pass allows up to four people per day to visit the Museum of Science’s main exhibit hall for $10 per person. The pass does not include admission to Omni, Planetarium, 4-D Theater, Butterfly Garden, or special exhibits. New England Aquarium (Boston) **Call NEA ahead for time slot/reservations** – The library has 1 pass per day, year round, available to patrons. The pass allows up to four people per day to visit the aquarium for 50% off per person. Please visit http://www.neaq.org/index.php to learn more about what’s happening when you visit.
Seacoast Science Center (Rye) **Weekends only and call SSC ahead for reservations** – The library’s membership to the Seacoast Science Center admits two adults and up to four children or grandchildren into the Center at 50% off the cost of regular admission. Two library passes may be issued per day. The pass holder also will receive a 10% discount at the Nature Store, and can be admitted to the Seacoast Science Center during members-only winter hours. OPENING SOON MUSEUM PASSES
Currier Museum of Art (Manchester) **Reopening August 20** – The library has 2 passes to the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester. Each pass allows free general admission for up to 2 adults (18 years and over) and all youth family members (ages 13 – 17); children 12 years and under are admitted without charge. Passes are not valid for “Just-for-Members” events, member discount at the Museum Shop, for admission to the Zimmerman House, or special ticketed events. Also, the Currier Museum of Art is closed every Tuesday. Check out the special exhibits at www.currier.org
SEE Science Center (Manchester) **Reopening August 15**– The SEE science center will be open on weekends only through the month of August. The library can send two visitors per weekend day. First, please call SEE at 603-669-0400 to register and then contact the library for vistitor passes.
Strawbery Banke (Portsmouth) **Reopening August 13**– The library has 2 membership cards to be used each day Strawbery Banke is open. Each pass allows unlimited free daily admission for two adults and up to four children, as well as free admission to special events, including the Candlelight Stroll, Ghosts on the Banke and July 4th: An American Celebration. Special events are very popular, so please reserve the pass early if you plan on using the library membership card. The museum is open every day from May 1 – Oct. 31. Winter hours are limited. Children’s Museum of New Hampshire (Dover) – The library pass allows reduced admission of 50% to the museum for up to 4 people. All children under the age of 1 are free. For directions and more information contact the Children Museum at www.childrens-museum.org
Museum of Fine Arts (Boston) – Each pass allows up to two people reduced general admission ($10.00 per person). The library has a limited number of these passes to use each year, thus we limit this pass to only 1 issuance per day, until we run out of passes. Find out what’s showing at www.mfa.org
