Reading the Bible as Literature – Thursday, March 23 @ 1pm – Nottingham resident Dr. Kevin McBride joins us for a unique presentation on the bible. In this session we will look into the different types of literature, the times and people represented throughout, and try to understand why it can be so hard to read. This will not be seminar on faith, rather a look into this foundational document.
Rescheduled Pie-casso Paint event – Friday, March 24 @ 1 pm – Emma from Nottingham Parks and Recreation joins us for a special Legacy Leader (55+) painting event! Event registration is required.
Turtle Program – Saturday, April 29 @ 10 am – Dallas returns this year with some new information and pictures on how to help protect our local population.

Cookbook Group
The long-awaited return of the popular program! Do you like to cook or try new recipes? This group is for you! A theme is selected each month. Stop into the library to register and choose a recipe if a specific cookbook has been selected, then make your dish and bring it to the meeting to share.
March 9: Pie themed for Pi day! We will have a wide array of books available! No group copies will be available for this theme.
April 13: Sifton, Sam – See You on Sunday
May 11: Waters, Alice – The Art of Simple Food

Craft Together
New! Starting February 11th at 12 pm, to be held on the second Saturday of the month at noon.
Are you an experienced hand-crafter, or a beginner who wants to start? Do you have a project you’ve been meaning to work on, but just can’t find the time? Or are you hoping to start something new, but aren’t sure where to begin? Work at your own pace, with good company and bountiful resources as we Craft Together!
