Resident
I have a valid government issued identification (drivers license, military id, passport, etc…) that has my current Nottingham address.
We will need one other proof of residency document that provides your current Nottingham address such as a:
- Car registration
- Mortgage bill
- Pet registration
- Utilities bill (electric, oil, propane, internet, cable, etc…)
A resident library card needs to be renewed every three years.

Non-resident
Non-residents need to provide a valid government issued identification (drivers license, military id, passport, etc…) at the time you open your account. We do not require additional proof of residency documents.
A non-resident library card has access to the same materials and amenities. The card is valid for one year and it must be renewed and paid for annually.
Thank you for joining us at Blaisdell Library!
Replacing a lost library card costs $2. Please note that this assigns a new card number to your account.
